What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA

Has anyone actually been thru a Vocational Analysis?

I have been told this Vocational Analysis can cost upwards of $2k so i was wondering exactly what happens after they cash the check.

ie: if you are a garbage collector, do they make you pick up cans? If you are a police officer, do they make you fire your gun? if you are a printer, do they make you print something? if you are a washing machine repair man, do they make you fix something? etc.

thanks.

are you ordered to go through one?
This was HER lawyers bright idea - they offered to pay for it $2k but i had to agree with whatever the analysis said - i of course said that SHE should also be subject to the above as well since she only works 2 days a week voluntarily... that's when HER lawyer suddenly dropped the idea.

but that was then, this is now - so i'm wondering if it's possible for a JUDGE to order a Vocational Analysis and it not be so expensive and not have so many strings attached.
