Husband is involved in a void marriage. What then becomes of the marriage certificate of the void marriage. Does anything need to be done to remove it from records. The void marriage wife would have to go back to her maiden name

2. I want to make sure you're using the correct terms. So, please tell me why you think this is a "void" marriage".

I am from Mi, and am the 1st wife whos marriage was never dissolved. Do not know the exact date of marriage. approx 18 mo.
