What is the name of your state? Alabama

I voluntarily returned a used car I purchased about two years ago. I only had it less than 2 months and it stopped running 2 days after I got it. After bringing back to the dealer 4 time, I told them to come get it.

Now my credit report shows a repossession on it. I have a response attached to my credit report on the repossession. I don't know what happened to the car. The dealer may have resold it.

Am I still responsible for the entire balance of the original loan.

My response:

Yes, minus what the car was sold for, plus interest, attorney's fees, court costs, costs of collection, etc., etc., etc.
