What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Arkansas

It is now Feb. 1st and I still haven't received a W-2 from my
employer. How long can they fail to get the W-2 to an employee?

I have made contact with employer more than once about the
issue and still don't have the W-2.

Other employees having same problem.

Thanks,

They're supposed to have it postmarked by yesterday, but they could have dumped it in the mail last night and you wouldn't necessarily have it today and he'd still be legal.

I think they have a sort of grace period until 2-15. If you don't have it by then, call the IRS.

Yeah, cbg, that's right. The IRS will not take any complaints about nonreceipt of W-2s until Feb. 15.
