What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington.

What is the probability that judge can overrule
a mutual agreed upon dissolution petition because of unfair property distribution.

More details:
This is a 2 years marriage.
Mutual Consent, no Kids.
Wife has gone back out of the country for last 8 months and started a working there.
Wife is neither asking nor expecting any money.
Our community property is all in savings account, stocks and 401K. (There is no house or car.)

We have agreed that she would get around 10% of community property and she has signed the petition.

Can the judge say that this is unfair and ask us to re-work the property distribution? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

A judge could say that. It certainly doesn't sound fair to me. You may want to be able to explain to the judge why you think that is fair.

By "community property" are you ONLY referring to assets accrued during the marriage? Is there community debt and how much of it is there to offset the assets? Who is taking the debt?
