30 days jail, 90 daily check in or elec. home monitor, 240 comm service

90 jail, 2mo home monitor, 1 mo comm serv.
Reported in for jailtime on 4\6\00 to do 90 day sentence.
New parole officer claims the recommendation\plea bargain and imposed sentence is illegal according to sentence guidelines. Guidelines are worse than the plea \ imposed sentence. Claims if sentence is carried to duration, he will not take case for parole. Claims there needs to be a re-sentence. Is this legal? Claims lawyer, prosecuter, and judge are aware of illegalities. Under guidelines, daily reporting and home monitoring was never an option. These facts were held back and not given to defendent. Documented in hard copy. Need to know if case can be thrown out. Do not trust court appointed lawyer. Lawyer claimed nothing would come of it and defense strategy was never discussed. Had only one 15 min. sit down discussion w\lawyer and was told possible 3 yr. prison. Refused to enter into evidence pertinent info and w\no explanation. Was never told what 2nd degree means or given description of enhanced weapon...I could go on and on...please help
