The fact that a wage garnishment has been placed on your earnings should not, in itself, affect your credit report. Though the judgment will.

is the debt going to run a new sol
Sort of. The original SOL on a debt has been replaced by the SOL on the judgment. In NJ, that judgment will remain valid for 20 years.

can the colection agensy report it again to the credit bureus
Can they?? Yes. However, they aren't supposed to and you can file a request to investigate and remove.
