What is the name of your state?ca
Ex just filed a Waiver of Defendants Personal Presence form for a Contempt Charge for non payment of Child Support. He has a Public Defender on the case. What would be some reasons that someone would file this waiver ? I do understand he is giving the Public Defender the right to be present for him. I think he should have to go infront of a judge(DCSS) every 4-6 weeks and answer questions. He went almost 1 year without paying us a penny it is the least he could do.
There has to be some catch to this?
