If im not in the right place, tell me, but anyhow...
There is a business that lets you ride little gokarts for a couple minutes for a small fee. I was wondering if they can have some sort of waiver so if you get in a serious accident that you can't sue. Overall my question would be, "As long as there was no defective products, can the people who got in an accident sue?" This is of course if there can be such a waiver.

The establishment can in fact require a waiver to be signed by user adults and adults as guardians for their minor children.

Thanks for replying, and for the answer. I do now have another question though, would something actually have to be signed, or could there just be a sign or something on the ticket you buy to ride in order for it to be... accepted? I dont remember if i said, im in michigan if it matters.

A sign should suffice like at the amusement parks but an attorney and insurance agent would need the specifcs on the actual ride.
If the ride could cause some accidents either due to weather, faulty karts, ignorant riders, minors that could not read the sign etc., the establishment could still be sued for negligence.
That is why for better protection and liability coverage, each customer should sign an indemnification and waiver of liability notice.
