I filed for divorce in Kansas and my spouse signed a waiver and picked up the papers himself. He does not dispute the terms so he went to my attorney's office and signed another waiver along with the journal entry and decree of divorce. Do we still have to wait 60 days to file. Can he change his mind between now and the filing date and contest the terms?
