This is the summary in short terminalogy. I have been friends with this person for 9 years. Her family and I decided to go on a trip and since i had a discount on my airfare, they asked if i would buy them all at the same time. so i did, never saw the money for there share- mentioned even sent letters. when we go there, my friend and i shared the room, put it on my credit card cause i wanted the frequent flyer miles. again, no money. now a year later, she still has not reimbursed me. recently went numerous letters explaining i wanted my money pack, ended our friendship. so know i want to take her to small claims court, have an attorney right a letter not to contact me or my family and ask for money back before i take her to small claims court. my question is i am getting ready to move and i was wondering if i should file it in my new state of residence or do i do it here. I move in 30 days. thanks for any imput anyone may offer.

My response: you file it there, wherever there is but be prepared to go there for the trial. When filing the complaint, please check your spelling and grammar.

thank you, I have consulted an attorney and she is doing my 30 day letter for a payment. Once again, thank you.
