My wife and I have been living apart for over a year. I am wanting a divorce and she refuses to sign the paperwork. I have everything drawn up and all I need is her signature. He have no joint debt of real estate. We have no children and everything is split up that we own. She just refuses to sigh. Is there any other way of going about this without getting a lawyer and spending a bunch of money. Other that her not signing this should be a simple filing.

You are not going to be able to file for an "agreed" divorce. You will have to file without her signature. Is there a specific reason why she won't sign?
