What is the name of your state? oh

I purchased a piece of real estate with another man under an LLC. I no longer talk to this man and have moved out of state. I do not want anything to do with this man, LLC, or this property, what do I do to give up my rights or forfiet the property?

You could quit-claim your portion of the land to the other guy, if you actually are an owner. If you are an owner of the LLC and the LLC owns the property, then you would need to sell or give away your shares in the LLC, following whatever rules might be in the articles of incorporation and bylaws.

Of course, neither of these things will make you not responsible for payments on the property if you signed the mortgage (or co-signed the mortgage) in your own name -- you'll have to refinance the property to get out from under your obligation to pay the mortgage.
