want brother out of the house

I signed a month to month lease, my brother needed a place to stay so i let him stay in the house. He has paid rent, but I want my house back. How can I make him leave?

My response:

Easy. Give him a 30 day Notice to vacate. The forms, with all of their legal mumbo jumbo on them, can be found at your local stationery store or, perhaps, your courthouse.
