MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA
the day i moved in with my boyfriend to an apartment, there were major problems with the place, but we had to stay there until we found a new place, because we had a dog. some of the problems that we had were no plumbing, no water, no heat, no electricity, and other health issues of the apartment which were not fixed ny the landlord. when we had to hire someone to fix the wiring and heating problem which was refused by the landlord cost us $300 which was taken out of our rent, after that happened, my landlord took us to the court suing for many things that were his fault, which we countersued for. neither of us won anything but we were told to report the landlord to the township by the judge. He had broken into our house before and has done many other things that are illegal also not paying taxes. when we finally moved out, we did not get any of our deposit back which was written in ripped paper with the wrong address and no name(he does not know how to read or write) and i want to know where i can or how i can win this case, also i need to know where i can find a small claims court in montgomery county/pa, please help me, i'm tired of his bs.

Contact your local county clerks office. They can tell you where the closest Small Claims court is.

Then contact the court and ask about filling out a complaint. The clerks should be able to help you.
