I live in Kansas

My roomate (used to be girlfriend) and her two children is living in a property I own and I asked her to move out at the end of the school term. She did not sign a lease or rental agreement of any kind. What kind of notice must I give her (I assume 30 days) and if she doesn't leave when stated can I move her belongings to storage and change the locks? None of the utilities are in her name. She has lived there for 9 months. We have no children together.

Anybody with exoperience in this let me know.

As I said I live in Kansas.
