My (hopefully soon-to-be ex-) wife and I live in Wisconsin (for over 20 years - 15 of them married).
We have 3 children - 17, 16 and 11 years old.
We are currently still living together, and sharing the child care duties. I intend to file for divorce soon. I am gathering info. pre-preparing asset/debt worksheets etc. She does not want the divorce. anyway - do I have to leave the house after I file? Does she have to leave?

Should I be getting my own checking account (my payroll check is the only source of deposit for our current joint account) account - automatically deposited)? stop using our joint savings / checking?

I have a million more questions .. but they will have to wait.

Thank-you for your time.
