Want to move out of state

What is the name of your state? Florida
What is the rules that I have to follow to be able to move with family. Husband has primary of son. He is 6. Can some one give a link to the laws here so I can read them or just tell me what he( husband) has to prove for it to be in childs best interest? Is a better job offer and wife got accepted to a college for her area of study good enough. Thanks

Maybe, maybe not. If your primary reason for the move is for the wife to attend college, then probably not.
