Want to start online forum regarding school i attend?

What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I would like to start a forum for my high school. Most liky gossip and rumors will occur on this site. Am i held responsable for the fourm material posted and if so what disclaimers can i post to prevent myself from becoming responsable for what people say on the forum. Also can i name the forum (school name) fourm's, or could i use the schools mascot name "Hawks Forum". Could i get in trouble for one or both of them if i use them. Thanks

it is a public school and that document you linked is right on the money i live next to the town that is stated in that document and live in the same country where the trial took place
