What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Florida....
We want to change the Executor of our wills by inserting the new name and deleting the old and initiating the change and having Norary Public sign and stamp. Will this still be legal and the change legal without having to draw up a new will. Also, we are married and have two separate wills....why can't we have one will between the two of us? I have been trying to get an answer on this question for 3 weeks now....can anybody help us?

Changes to existing wills are done with codicils.

You can have a joint will. Please see an estate attorney. These documents are too important for mistakes and errors.
