wanting a divorce but a lawsuit is pending

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma, I am wanting a divorce from my husband that has a worker's comp lawsuit going on and I am wondering if I or our son would be entitled to any of it, also if I file for a divorce now and his case is settled before the divorce is final what happens?

THE REASON WHY I AM WANTING A DIVORCE IS BC HE IS/HAS ABANDONED US(HIS SON AND I) QUITE FREQUENTLY TO GO DO DRUGS. AND IT WOULD BE ASHAMED IF HE WAS TO GET A GOOD SETTLEMENT DUE TO THE FACT OF SURGERY AND COMPANY NEGLIGENCE AND IT WOULD ALL END UP IN THE HANDS OF A DARN DRUG DEALER!!!!
