I'm 20 years old. I was out with some friends and they threw rocks out the windows of my car and scruck 3 other cars. I have no priors, and I was wondering the odds of getting parol/community service. The convictions are 3 counts of criminal mischief, class 10 felony, wich i know is the lowest kind. I am in New York

I'll give the OP a hint. It will have a "degree" attached to the charge and a number like 145.10. Felony classes go A, B, C, D, E, not by number.
No felony is anything to sneeze at. Get a lawyer.

it was criminal mischief, and i was told it was the lowest form of a felony, so im assuming it was an E, and yes i meant probation not parol, i have a lawyer, and he told me im deff. not getting jail time, so im assuming a long time on probation.
