i am in south carolina and i am the cp. my husband and i have the opportunity to move back to my home state (indiana) and help start a christian school. we also want to raise beef cattle and teach our kids about farming and crops. the land is more suited for this in indiana. ex is frequently late on child sp and has no insur. on our child. my hus. and i carry most of the financial responsibilites for this and tuition to christian school. my ex doesn't even keep a phone at his residence. i am willing to allow him to keep his 6 weeks in the summer and eo holiday. will the judge think this in not a legit. reason for moving? keeping in mind my child doesn't even like his biological father that much and only goes because the court has made him. my ex is also remarried and wife has one child from previous relationship.
