i have a roomate and her name isnt on the lease. we have had a lot of problems and i am fed up and i want her out. she said she is staying another month with out paying any rent or any bills. i want her out at the end of this month, im not worried about the bills that she hasn't paid this month only if she gets out at the end of the month. do i have the right to kick her out. if she wont leave how do i get her out do i call the polive, will they escort her out of my house?

If she has not paid her rent for the month, give a three day notice to vacate, then file with eviction court for order of eviction and damages. If she has paid or she is only a guest, you must give her a thirty day notice to vacate, I would give her this notice anyway if you really want her out and are afraid she won't leave at the end of the month.
