So in 2015 my wife was put on ARD and given fines and community service for a DUI. She paid the fines but never completed ARD or the community service. Fast forward to 2018 we still live in PA but she works in NY. The sheriff's picked her up at her job in NY and she is currently waiting extradition to PA. She has been in Orange county jail since Friday. It's now Monday morning and I'm wondering when she will be out? What are we looking at as far as sentencing and all that other stuff is concerned?

We? This is not a "we" situation.

She will get out after she is extradited and sees a judge in Pennsylvania.

She would be smart to get an attorney - ASAP.

I agree with HighwayMan that your wife should speak to an attorney.

The fact that she thought it smart to ignore the court-ordered requirements of ARD and had to be picked up on a warrant means she faces additional charges.

And, depending on her employer, it could mean the loss of her job.
