What is the name of your state? south carolina

in the past i have had some dishonored checks. none of them were over 500.00. is there a way to find out if there is any warrants out for me. also i have filed a ch 7 bankruptcy and these items were included in the paperwork. if a stop payment has been put on these checks is that a criminal act.if i have warrants out can they be dropped since i have filed bankruptcy, can the creditors keep pursuing me to pay. i know the automatic stay prohibits any more collection activities. i have never been contacted by letters or anything from any courts to let me know i have any out there. i have heard scary stories about sc bad check laws. some of the checks were in different states ( wa, ky). if you could help me out that would be great.

Bankruptcy has nothing to do with criminal charges.

Sounds like you have been on a multi-state crime spree. I'd be getting a good attorney real quick.
