What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Idaho

I purchased a cell phone from Sprint on 5/24/12. It stopped working on 7/9/12 so I sent it in to the manufacturer (HTC) since I wasn't paying for Sprint's insurance. I received it back repaired on 9/10/12. It stopped working again 2/4/13 so I sent it back in to HTC. I have since received it back but since the repair it won't activate on Sprint's network and I'm getting the run around getting it fixed.

So my questions are:

1) Who is responsible for a warranty? The seller (Sprint) or the manufacturer (HTC)?

2) Am I being too impatient? I assume there is some sort of 'timely matter' on warranty work but 100+ days seems excessive to me but I would like outside opinions.

3) What are my options at this point? I need this phone for my job and I'm tired of paying for an expensive plan that I can't use.

Thanks!

Have you checked their website and FAQ section? In most cases, it has been mentioned the time limit. Why don't you write to them telling you problem? May be they will find some answer.
