i live in mississippi.

i brought my boat to the dealer for warranty work on the 13th of january.

it took the dealer and manufacture 6 weeks to determine what to do with my boat. after six weeks i was told that they wanted to replace the hull. they no longer made that sized boat so i was asked to pay an upgrade fee of 981.00. i told the that i would not pay the upgrade fee, either fix my boat or upgrade it at your cost. i was told that they were going to replace the hull with the upgrade at no cost to me. the day before i was to pick up my boat i got a call from the dealer stating that they were not going to replace my boat but repair it instead and that it would be another 2-3 week wait. i was given the date of 20 mar for repairs to be completed. 20 mar came and the boat wasn't ready. i was told it would be ready the next day. the next day i called and was told that the boat wasn't ready, the wrong materials were ordered and i would have to wait a few more weeks.

i talked to the person doing the work(it is contracted out)and he said that it is a 2-3 week job, which i understand.

My question is do i have legal case against the dealership and manufacture?
