Was I discriminated against?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin.

If you've read my past threads/questions, you may know that I was involved in an automobile accident through no fault of my own and was injured. As a result of this, I was taking medication at work and performing poorly, as the medication intoxicated me and I was unable to perform cognitive functions. After discussing with HR, I completed the FMLA form to protect my job.

Three months later (today), I was informed that I have been terminated. Has my employer violated FMLA?

If you were on FMLA for 3 months, then you have exhausted your time being protected under the law.

FMLA does not provide indefinite or permanent protection. The maximum length of time your employer is required to hold your job under FMLA is 12 weeks. If you have been out for three months, then no, you were not discriminated against and no, your employer has not violated FMLA.
