What is the name of your state? michigan

My wife and i purchased our first home this spring. we have 1.5 acres and were told that we also owned a lake lot easment. After a few meetings with our neighbors we came to realize that we actually shared this easment with several other homeowners. This fact was listed in the title search but never disclosed to us during the home buying process, in fact we were specifically told it was ours. this access played a significant role in our decision to purchase the property. what should i do?

thank you

You're quibbling about verbage. You DO own lakefront access. And so do others. You were not misrepresented.
