Hello i need to know if i have been violated i have a bill i am about 4 months behind and I tried to call the collectors and tell them i know it is my debt but i am have difficulty and offered to make a partial payment and it was refused. now last week the called my boss and told them they want to garnish my wages well i do not work there no more but he was kind enough to give me the message and they were rude to him and demanding to his secretary that he calls back and threatened him so he called and informed him i wasno longer there then on sunday night the showed up on my house door step and harrassed my baby sitter looking for me with some documents please let me know what i can do. thank you
