I have a case coming up where i was charged with a DWI(first offense). I am going to get a lawyer but have no clue on wats really going top happen due to my circumstances:
I am 20 and i had been drnkn and tried to move my car from one parking space to another in the same area( apt complex), before i could straighten out my car the police officer stopped me. he told me to get out of the car and to come to his passenger side. then proceeded to ask me to get in and he gave me a breathelyzer test four times. and then took me to jail. where i took another breathelyzer test another 3 times. The same cop that arrested me gave me my test at the jail. But another persons name was placed on my tkt as administering my test at jail.I already gave my license up for 30 days and wonder wats the worst that is going to happen to me.
I did not have a license on me at the time and i the most i blew was .14
