Can the lanlord charge me for the water if im renting his house in massachusettes?
Also does he have to pay me interest on my security deposit i paid him?

Only if its in the lease.....

If there is no mention of water in the lease the landlord pays...but then he wont give you a renewal lease...

so its up to you...
