undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Tennessee.
Tennessee. Water line broke at street flooding my finished basement. The clean up cost me $1700. Damage repair is $6000. The utility's insurance company told me they have immunity and my homeowners told me I am not covered for surface water damage. Any advice?

The water leak was on the street side of the meter. And I don't know if the water department in question is regulated.

Thanks,
Joe
