o.k. To begin with please don't attack. My husband who is a carpenter decided to replace our roof, That is a good thing. The bad thing is it rained on Saturday and we had some water damage then it rained again today Monday and we we have much more water damage. serveral ceilings are damages and some of the carpet is pretty wet. He tells me he can fix this, I am concerned about mold. Also that he won't fix it soon enoughthis should not have happend. Do I call my agent? Is this a covered mistake or is this you did it you fix it?

Its not from normal wear and tear, so it will probably be covered. However, they will probably not pay a full claim, since you all did not mitigate the damages. Why wasn't a tarp put on the roof?

The roof was tarpped. Many tarps were al over the roof along with black paper and ice and water something very sticky stuff. Some shingles, Why would the ins co not pay at 100%, I was not expecting 3 inches of water.
