What is the name of your state? arkansas: my husband has custody of one of his son's and he is 18 and graduating this year. the other son leaves with his mother and he is a couple of years younger. the son that leaves with us that i graduating want to go to college this fall and we will pay for him to go with no help from his mother. but we will have to pay c/s for the younger son too. is there anyway that we can get out of paying c/s so we can afford to send the 18 yearold to college.

payed c/s when i had the boys living with me

when the boys decided to leave their mom and come live with me. some how i could not get my c/s stop i had a lawyer and put a patition against her so she could not get the boys back and i had to pay her $1500.00 more i was never late on my c/s. can i get her to pay any of that back or now one of the boys went back to her after living with me for a year.i am going to have to pay c/s again very soon b/c the one that is living with me is graduating in may.what do u think i am going to a lawyer but i was just wondering
