the man i am about to marry has a 12 year old son whom he pays support for. he was in jail for six months and now owes back child support. while in jail his income was reduced by about 25percent. can we or how do we get this amount adjusted, both the arrears and the amount he is going to have to pay in the future. and is there anyway for us to do this ourselves since we can't afford an attorney? the case is being handled in the state of ohio... thank you for any help you can give us....
