Web Site of nude pictures

I recently got divorced, I am very concerned about a issue and don't know anything about internet laws My ex has a bunch of naked pictures of me. Can he publish them on a web site? He has said on a few occasions (when he was mad) that he would start a web site just to get back at me!

A couple of points:
1. The web site, I would assume, would not be for profit.
2. These pictures were taken with my permission.
3. I was using toys in some of the pictures. However, I was not having sex in any of them.
4. He has not black mailed me yet. I think he would just start a web site for his own personal use and maybe share it with his friends.
5. I have not agreed to have the pictures on the web site.

Thanks for the advice. I read all the past threads but could not find that is identical to my situation. I just want to be prepared in case he does. It was a pretty messy divorce and I don't know what he might do!

And since it his own personal property, and since the poster never said whether a threat or promise has been delivered or that anything but a question of 'can he?' was asked, where does anyone come up with blackmail?

Simply put, the photos are private property and absent a predicate crime for which recovery is possible, there isn't even an intentional infliction of emotional distress case.

Thanks for the advice. As of right now, he has never said anything about wanting something. He just wants to make me mad and get back at me since I filed for divorce. He just wants to embarass me. Can I stop him in any way? Since it is his own personal property, do I have any rights since the pictures are of me? Can I file charges or anything if he just starts the web site and tells friends about it? Thanks for the advice.
