Website avoiding DMCA/US law.

The website is [name removed] and it's forum f[name removed] . They say that they are not under DMCA law because they're in a non DMCA country. I put the website in a web host identifier and it says that the domain is registered in Bahamas but their "Web host" is an US company and the IP (which means server location I assume?) is in US. I'm trying to get my pictures off that site. Do they need to follow US law(DMCA) since their Web host(I'm not entirely sure what it means) is in US?

The only country DMCA applies to is the US. If the site is hosting in the US and they fail to comply with a DMCA takedown, forward such to the hosting company.

No site (US-based or not) needs to respond to a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice by removing infringing material on request of a copyright holder. But the DMCA has a "safe harbor" provision that provides an ISP with a shield from liability if copyright-infringed material is removed promptly.
