What is the name of your state? Washington

I recently came across this site XX.com which draws many similarities to ABCD.com and just by going through the website/home page the contents seem to be a blatent copy of XX.com. You can see that the site has just been released with content/text incompletely filled. Is there anything that could be done?

You can contact the original site to inform them of the "copy" site. It will be up to them to decide whether there is an infringement action worth pursuing.
