What is the name of your state? Florida

I want to run a commercial site dedicated to alerting users of a certain website network when any site in the network is updated. I will check all the sites in the network once or twice a day, and dispatch emails to people that subscribe to my service. We are talking about a network where the users are paying for content...I'm just notifying them when the content has changed.

Since this site will be soley for the use of the subscribers of that network, and since I might be using part of their name in my site title, could this be illegal? Is being paid to keep an eye on this network going to get me sued?

What if I just put the disclaimer "This site is not affiliated with BLAH BLAH Network?"

**A: I see an infringement lawsuit against you waiting to happen.

But other notification sites don't get sued because they aren't targeting a specific network right? D'oh....

The info is publicly accessible e.g. "this page has changed." I'm just gathering the info :)

I assume they would send a cease and desist letter before they sue me right?
