I live in california , but the guy who runs this site lives in kansas , the site is www.d2jsp.org , its for a program , the money paid to the site is a "donation for tech support" , well he banned me claiming i commited fraud when i did no such thing on any level. i have countless conversations between the owner and myself in which he was very unprofessional and tried to threaten me by saying hes going to sue me etc. i asked for his lawyers phone # , which he blatantly refuses to give me and he claimed hes spent $20,000+ putting people in jail who commit this kind of fraud , which i may remind you i have not done. I've given over $1,200 to this site to help keep it running , and suddenly without any sort of notice or reason im completely banned from the site. I have the ability to do a complete chargeback on the money that has been spent , but my question is , because i can no longer recieve this "support" am i able to do this legally. the site owner cannot and refuses to prove that i've commited any sort of fraud here and avoids any conversation i try to have with him.

Any legal action would have to take place in Kansas. Certain expenses such as travel, lodging, and food cannot be claimed as an expense as part of the lawsuit, you would be entirely liable for those expenses. Your expenses related to such a case would far exceed any amount you could possibly hope to receive. Unless you have a lot of money to throw away, chalk this up as an expensive lesson learned and move on with your life.
