What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

If you have a website and you have all the material listed as copyright
If someone makes a website with the name of you domain
and the name of your copywritten material what law
can protect you material from being copied or
slandered? And if they do it what legal remedy
do you have under the law?

Thanks

The word is COPYRIGHT not COPYWRITE.
You don't need to mark things to be protected, though people typically do as a warning.
Names can't be protected by copyright.
Copyright and slander are not related.
