What is the name of your state? CA but friend from MN.

I have a good friend who lives in Minnessota who is a victim of defamation. Below is the website that is in violation of libel.

http://www.anthonypierpont.com

What can be done? What approaches do we have? Is there a government online crime reporting site? I have done a whois on the owner and they are using registerfly/protectfly. What is the quickest way to get this site shut down ? Any way of finding out who is doing it?I am hoping to help him resolve this matter because of the stress I know that it is putting on my dear friend.

Thank you, :)

Good Grief. What a mess. They say "non-white" like it's a bad thing.

Please Help Further

 I know. Even though his company may not be the most politically correct, I still feel the need to get this taken down. Do I just need to write a letter to the anonymizers the criminals are using, since i can't find out the true host of the website, or how do you handle thses matters? I have the legal form for a libel complaint but I am not a lawyer/attorney therefore i cannot prepare and serve them. How much would it cost ( I can pay) to get this site taken down, or is there simple ways I can take care of this. Maybe use the oldest trick in the book, tell one them(to the domain host). PLEASE HELP, I NEED GUIDANCE, any kind will help :D
Thank you,

Please just a little more guidance....

I have done numerous whois searches and have come up with the following email addresses. These are only the addresses of the anonymous Domain Host, i beleive the real host is protected by these companies. Should I write a letter asking them to take down the pictures of the children and let them know my intentions of filing a legal libel complaint against them for the site www.anthonypierpont.com unless it is removed immediatly? How should I word this letter to them? Thank you so very much for all the help. :)

what is the libel? The fact that a "non-white" owns a record label that promotes white power punk music is ironic. Pointing out to those bands and their followers that the owner of the label is not white may result in loss of sales to your friend's label. But the bais for the loss of sales would be a truth - your friend is not white. Are they printing any falsehoods?

Also, if you are not the attorney representing your friend you have no right to tell the website to stop posting.

Who's says he's not white?

...assuming we're talking about race in the United States of America. Here are our governments definition of race:

American Indian/Native American or Alaska Native: Persons having origins in the original peoples of North America who maintain cultural identification through tribal affiliation or community recognition.

Asian or Pacific Islander/Asian American: Persons having origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent, or the Pacific Islands. This area includes: China, Japan, Korea, India, Pakistan, Nepal, the Philippine Islands, Samoa, and Polynesia.

Black/African American, not Hispanic: Persons having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa.

Hispanic/Latino: Persons of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Central or South American, or other Spanish culture or origin, regardless of race.

White, not Hispanic: Persons having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, North Africa, or the Middle East.

If it wasn't so ignorant, I'd find this entire thread laughable! As I do the our governments definition, think about 'em.
