Website Listing My Name Without Permission

What is the name of your state? United Kingdom.

A website in the USA is listing my full name on it with slander, and will not remove it.

What are my legal rights, can I get it removed?

This is causing me much grief.

For starters, this website is for US law only, so people may come down on you for being in the UK.

Second- slander/libel in the US is very different from the UK.

What is the slanderous statement?

How is it damaging you?
