What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

What can be done to a website if a member attacks and threatens other members (this person may be connected to site admin)

It really depends on a lot of facts that you have not disclosed, such as what sort of attacks and what sort of threats this member is making against others.

As a general rule, however, avoiding an unfriendly website is perhaps the easiest way to avoid attacks and threats.
