I hired a photographer for my wedding last April and he has been paid in full. I have no finished products that should have been received in Nov. and he isn't returning phone calls or e-mail. What can I do about this?

My response:

Small Claims court. Sue him for Breach of Contract, and / or Rescission, in order to get your money back. If you want the photos, you'll need to sue in a higher court; then, you'll be able to add the cause of action called "Specific Performance" (that will force him to hand over your photos).
