i live in mississippi and got married over three years ago. initially, i received all proofs of photos taken for the purpose of ordering. i selected what i wanted and returned all proofs. to this day, i have none of my photos. the photographer was paid at least part of the fee up front and my parents have been able to get back some of the proofs. how can i just get back all of my proofs and what about having them developed on my own? i feel sure the photographer's name is on the back of the proofs. this guy, i have come to find out, has other legal problems as well. this same guy photographed my sister's wedding five years ago and there were no problems with that. my parents don't want to press because they fear that if we take him to court we will never get back any thing. help!
