What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Maine
My wife and I filed the I-130 and I 485 separately, i know it was a wrong move, abyway a month ago we received the appointment to show up for our interview, while our I-130 was still pending,
we showed up with all the documents, bank statements, bills, rents, letters, pictures, the AO said he couldn't provide us with a permanent resident visa at the time for two reasons he said
1- we needed more document for bonafide mariage,
secondly the visa couldn't granted because the I-130 was still pending and we needed new Passport pictures for the I-130.
What we did
we sent the passport pictures 2 days after and the I-1130 was approved a week ago
we also sent a bunch of documents from our relationship, going from more pictures, to bank statements, to bills and so forth even including newspaper talking about what my wife and i did for the community where we live.
I just don't know where to go from now, with our I-130 approved.
What to do.
I hope somebody has some insights to help us
thank youWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
