What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? West Virginia

I am 16, and i can not stand living with my parents any longer.
I want to know about being emancipated.
What paper work do I need?
Where do I go?
Can I live with a friend, or do I have to live on my own?
If I was to be fired from my job what would happen?
Do my parents have to agree?
Do I need my license?
What does my income have to be?

Please, I really need answers. I can't stand my life with my parents any longer.

What paper work do I need? If you're not mature enough to figure that out on your own, you're not mature enough to be emancipated. Why should we do your googling for you?

Where do I go? If you don't have a place to go, you cannot be emancipated.

Can I live with a friend, or do I have to live on my own? While you CAN live with a friend, a judge will not emancipate you unless you can show verifiable proof that you will be able to be 100% self-supporting, without the help of your friend, in the event that the friend kicks you out, or gets hit by a bus, or is transferred to Oregon.

If I was to be fired from my job what would happen?
You would have a great many bills to pay and no money to pay them with. Guess what, emancipation means you'd be a legal adult. Deal with it.

Do my parents have to agree? Yes.

Do I need my license? Unless you're planning to walk, take the bus, or ride your bicycle everywhere, yes. No one is going to drive you.

What does my income have to be? Enough so that you, and you alone with no help from anyone, can pay all of your own rent (market rate, not a token for living in someone else's house); utilities; food; clothing; transportation; medical care; insurance; staples; school fees and supplies; and all the other incidentals of life while simultaneously going to school and getting better than average grades.
